Stable Point Aware 3D, Cosmos, Autonomous game characters and Digits by Nvidia, Qwen Chat, Hailuo's Subject Reference, rStar-Math, Text-to-Video gen with Transparency, Cohere's North, STAR, & more
Wow, AI is moving at lightning speed! Nvidia's Cosmos and Digits sound insane, AI-generated physics-based videos and a $3K AI supercomputer that fits on a desk? Wild. Also, Microsoft's rStar-Math hitting Olympiad-level problem-solving is crazy impressive. And finally, Stability AI dropping a real-time 3D reconstruction model for free, Huge win for creators.
Feels like we're getting closer to a world where AI is seamlessly integrated into everything. Exciting times ahead
Have you tried the Stable Point Aware 3D demo on Hugging Face? It's lots of fun and you can see the steps because you have to manually click through to the next one.
But in some cases, it fails to interpret the overall object, making a "flat" rotating 3D image.
Not yet...just had a quick Look at it. Honestly, I don't feel like trying anything AI-related on Fridays after curating this news! ;) But now you've got me intrigued!
I only tested it for 10 mins or so myself, but it was enough to notice the “flat 3D” thing. Then again, Hugging Face demos aren't always fully representative. Have a great weekend!
